Click on the "Edit" button in the top corner of the screen to edit your slide content.
In the HTS users will find a dedicated tab labeled 'PDF Settings' within the settings menu. This feature allows users to customize their invoice PDFs according to their specific preferences.
Set up the setting
To set up this setting, follow these steps:
- Open the 'Hotel Management' module
- Click on the 'Configuration'
- Select the 'Hotel Settings'
- Open the 'PDF Settings' tab
There are three settings available within this tab:
- Signature For Invoice - provide a text that will be added at the bottom of the invoice PDF
- Address Position on Invoice - select the position of the guest name and address in the invoice PDF, to be aligned Left or Right.
